Shipping Info
Most items ship 24 - 48 hours after full payment is received. During peak times some item shipments may be slightly delayed. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you as soon as they are available. We use a variety of shipping companies including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and varies freight forwarders. You will always be informed of the shipping status and be provided tracking numbers on your purchase.



Currently, SDB, Inc © ships to the USA & Canada. Shipping charges are subject to change, so please check your email for total confirmations as these amounts may differ from checkout screen. Any questions about shipping time or an item’s availability should be addressed before item is purchased. If you do not see the shipping choice you prefer at checkout, please call us at 1-619-244-2829 so we can add it for you. We do our best to get any orders shipped 24-48 hours after payment. We ship Monday through Friday only. Any emails sent about changing shipping time or shipping address, may not be received before item is sent. It is always best to call in these cases.



Be advised, SDB, Inc is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during shipment. Any evidence of tampering or damage on the packaging should be reported to the driver and noted on receipt of delivery. Orders lost in transit must be reported to SDB, Inc. as soon as possible. We provide tracking numbers to each customer at the time of shipment. If you have received a damaged product or items are missing from your order please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. A claim must be filed with the shipping courier before any other steps can be taken. Be advised most shipping couriers only allow 15 days for a claim to be filed. SDB, Inc does not pay for return shipping nor will refund any shipping costs. Again, we are NOT responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Return Policy
Special orders are non-returnable. Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging and in a "un-used" condition. Please notify SDB by phone or email before the return.

You, the customer, are responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to SDB. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges.

We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is a positive one.
